Financial Terms and Conditions for the 5 th World Teak Conference 2025
Registration Fees
Registration of participants will begin on (date) and end on (date)
The registration fee payable by each participant includes access to the conference sessions, materials, teak breaks, meals (as applicable), and any planned events specified on the conference agenda excluding pre- and post-conference tours.
Accompanying persons (e.g. spouses) shall pay a reduced registration fee as specified on the conference webpage
Additional services such as accommodation, travel, visa or tourist services are not included in the registration fee unless explicitly stated.
Payment of registration fees
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to attending the conference.
Payments shall be made through the payment module provided on the conference webpage (https://worldteakconference2025.com/) via approved methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.
The closing date for the early bird rate is 30 April 2025 for all payment methods. Full and clear payment must be received on or before 30 April 2025 in order to obtain the early bird rate. The Conference Secretariat is unable to accept any requests for the early bird rate after these dates. Regular payments after 30 April 2025 must be received at least 15 days before the start of the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the start of the event are eligible for 75% refund of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Important: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval by the conference secretariat. The refund will be issued via bank transfer, and any associated bank charges will be borne by the registrant.
